How you'll make an impact in this role:- Lead daily practice operations to create a seamless patient flow and a supportive environment where clinicians can focus entirely on delivering exceptional care.
- Create and execute strategic business plans in partnership with physician leadership to drive practice growth and meet long-term financial goals.
- Support and develop clinical and administrative teams through proactive performance management and recruitment, ensuring the right talent is in place to meet patient demand.
- Oversee the practice’s financial health by monitoring budgets, billing cycles, and vendor relations to ensure the site remains a sustainable, high-performing asset.
- Coordinate patient care services by acting as a vital liaison between staff, physicians, and patients to resolve conflicts and uphold the highest standards of safety and satisfaction.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
- Healthcare experience required.
