May attend periodic meetings and training sessions that are non-contractual or include exclusive government business discussions that may include, but not limited to, morning/evening reports, huddles, grand rounds, group training, patient scheduling and coordination, and/or professional in-house staff conferences/meetings and other professional activities as determined by the department chief that correlate to patient care services performed only. Provide assessments, diagnosis, and treatment in the areas of infectious disease, allergic, metabolic, neurological endocrine, cardiac, pulmonary, gastrointestinal, hematologic, renal, musculoskeletal, emotional disorders, acute trauma, burns, and removal of foreign bodies from body orifices.
