Ochsner LSU Health Shreveport and Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center – Shreveport invite applications for a BC/BE Pediatric Gastroenterologist to join the Division of Gastroenterology within the Department of Pediatrics. This is a rewarding opportunity to become part of a collaborative academic team dedicated to delivering exceptional care, advancing research, and training the next generation of physicians.
We are seeking a full-time physician at the Assistant or Associate Professor level. Candidates must be eligible for a Louisiana medical license. This role offers a balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient general gastroenterology care, along with opportunities to teach residents and medical students and participate in meaningful research initiatives.
Clinical responsibilities include weekly teaching in GI outpatient clinics, performing endoscopic procedures in our on-site endoscopy center, and providing inpatient consult services. The ideal candidate will bring a broad knowledge of pediatric gastroenterology, a passion for high-quality patient care, and a commitment to academic and scholarly growth.
