Practice Details

Sanford Health - Bemidji, Minnesota is seeking a Board Eligible / Board Certified General Orthopedic Surgeon to join a collegial, well established orthopedic practice serving a strong regional referral base

• Join a team of two general orthopedic surgeons, one sports medicine surgeon, one FM sports medicine physician and five advanced practice providers
• Option for a 4-day work week
• 10 ORs with block time
• Two OR days per week
• Call - 1:4
• Two on-site - X-ray suites located within the orthopedic building
• Bone health program
• Full-service physical and occupational therapy support
• 118 bed hospital; 14 bed ICU
• Level III trauma center
• 142,000 service population

Compensation Package

Competitive compensation package includes:

• Compensation floor of $750,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.
• In addition, a $200,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details
