Baptist Health is looking to add a Physician Office Registered Nurse at our Baptist Pavilion campus in Jacksonville, FL. This is a full-time opportunity.

As a Registered Nurse in our Triage Department, you will be responsible for:

• Providing Nursing Assistance to Physicians
• Greets and chaperons patients during medical part of visit
• Obtain vital signs
• Maintain Medical Documentation
• Scheduling care, treatment, diagnostic tests
• Handle and processing prescriptions and referrals
• Perform waived test list in Laboratory and IV Therapy

Registered Nurse, Triage, Experience;

• Clinical Experience Preferred

Experience & Credential Requirements;

• Associate of Nursing Required

• Bachelor of Nursing Preferred

• Licensed Registered Nurse Required

• BLS Required
