- Gynecologic surgeries using latest robotics and training on the da Vinci Surgical System
Position Overview: - Join a close-knit group of 1 Physician & 5 Nurse Midwives
- Call schedule of 1 night and 1/5 weekends
- Call sharing with a group of 5 physicians
- Integrated behavioral health services, care coordination, and case management on site
Requirements: - Highly interested in providing exceptional care to all women at all stages of life

- Computer literacy/maintaining accurate and up-to-date electronic health records

Education & Training: - State of Illinois Licensed Physician and Surgeon
- State of Illinois Controlled Substance License

401k Retirement Plan Standard Benefits for Physicians, Dentists, and Midlevel Practitioners - Shawnee Health offers 280 hours for full time practitioners for each full fiscal year of employment for vacations, holidays, sick leave, continuing education or other absences from the practice. At the end of any employment year, a portion of unused Leave days may be carried forward to the next year or you may opt to take the cash value of the unused Leave days.
- Productivity Incentives: Shawnee offers select physicians, dentists, and midlevel practitioners’ merit and productivity incentives based negotiated contractual terms related to net collections and/or total encounters.
- Merit Bonus: Shawnee offers select physicians, dentists, and midlevel practitioners’ productivity incentives based on negotiated criteria.
- Continuing Education (CE) Allocation: physicians, dentists, and midlevel practitioners receive an annual CE allocation.
