• Diagnostic/therapeutic taps preferred, including lumbar puncture

• EEG (Electroencephalogram) required

• Brain death exam required

• EMG (Electromyogram) preferred

• NCV (Nerve Conduction Velocity tests) preferred

• Evoked potentials preferred
