Physician - Internal Medicine - Nephrology

Job Details:

• Provide inpatient nephrology coverage on a call-only basis
• 
  
• Work 24-hour beeper call shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM
• 
  
• Cover specific holiday periods: December 18-25 and December 25-January 1
• 
  
• Handle 10-20 patient encounters per shift
• 
  
• Manage dialysis patients including hemodialysis, CRRT, and peritoneal dialysis
• 
  
• Provide post-renal transplant management (preferred)
• 
  
• Work week-long call periods
• 
  
• Must be board certified in Internal Medicine - Nephrology
• 
  
• Active medical license or IMLC required
• 
  
• DEA registration required
• 
  
• Fellowship training required (2 years)
