We are seeking a highly experienced and mission-driven Physician Medical Director to lead our client''s onsite Occupational Medicine practice. This role combines clinical excellence with strategic leadership, delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care while shaping care models that improve outcomes, access, and patient experience.
As a practicing physician leader, the Medical Director will provide direct patient care by performing fit-for-duty physicals, supervising 1-2 Advanced Practice Clinicians, and reviewing complex medical cases; may provide direct patient care for work-related injuries/follow-up; will work collaboratively with our client and attend client meetings.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience within Occupational Medicine and preferably have Board Certification in Occupational / Preventive Medicine. Qualifications
Education Level: Doctorate Degree
Major: Medicine Degree must be from an accredited college or university.
Education Details: Graduate of an accredited medical program with an MD or DO
Certifications and/or Licenses: Board certification/Board Eligible by ABMS/AOA preferred, meets State Licensure requirements, BLS Certified

This position is eligible to earn a base compensation rate in the state range of $270,000 - $290,000 depending on job-related factors as permitted by applicable law, such as level of experience, geographic location where the work is performed, and/or seniority.
