Job Details:

• Coverage schedule: Friday at 5:00 PM through Monday at 7:00 AM, with weekends as needed

• Support staff includes an Advanced Practice Provider (APP)

• Typical caseload of approximately 13 patients per day

• Primary patient population is adults aged 55 and older
• 
  
• Responsibilities include all hospital work, on-the-floor consults, and managing incoming STEMI cases

• EMR system: Cerner
• 
  
• Hospital bed size: 99 beds
• 
  
• Practice setting: Hospital
• 
  
• STEMI skills required
• 
  
• Board Certification required
• 
  
• Active Arizona license required (IMLC only)

• DEA required

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience required
