Responsibilities/Job Description:

Fairview is seeking an Internal Medicine-Pediatrics Physician to join our primary care team at M Health Fairview Clinic – Midway. This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving practice with multiple on-site specialties and a long-tenured, highly experienced support staff.

 

Practice Details:

  • 12 provider primary care practice with more than 7 specialists onsite.
  • Patient encounters average 18-22 patients per day.
  • 34 patient contact hours per week.
  • Call Frequency: 1:18 low intensity - phone consultation only with first tier nurse triage.
  • As part of Fairview’s Accountable Care Organization (ACO), providers practice in a collaborative, team-based model focused on quality outcomes, care coordination, and population health management.
  • Openings: 0.8 to 1.0 FTE (Full Time) - Flexible schedule.
  • Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).

Qualifications:

 

  • Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency training program.
  • Board Certified/Board Prepared with the American Board of Medical Specialties or American Osteopathic Association.
  • Licensed or ability to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Licensure.
  • Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.
  • Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges.

 

Qualifications:

$292,650 - $325,167 Annual *based on full time (1.0 FTE)
