Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO)

Compensation: $200,000 – $295,000 per year

Job Type: Full-time, Monday–Friday, daytime schedule, in-person (outpatient)

We are seeking a full-time, in-person Internal Medicine Physician to join a mission-driven, multidisciplinary outpatient healthcare organization serving a diverse and medically underserved patient population. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative clinical environment focused on prevention, chronic disease management, and community health impact. Physicians work closely with an integrated care team that may include primary care providers, specialists, advanced practice providers, nurses, medical assistants, and support staff. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive outpatient internal medicine care to adult patients
  • Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
  • Deliver preventive care, health screenings, immunizations, and wellness services
  • Develop and manage individualized treatment plans and follow-up care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams and coordinate specialty referrals
  • Deliver culturally competent care with consideration of social determinants of health
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, care coordination, and population health efforts
  • Accurately document patient encounters in the electronic health record (EHR)
  • Engage in clinical meetings, care team collaboration, and community health initiatives

Qualifications

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine
  • Active state medical license (or ability to obtain)
  • Experience in outpatient or community-based care preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and team-oriented approach
  • Commitment to providing high-quality care to underserved or diverse populations
