Physician - Hematology Oncology

Job Details:

• Provide outpatient clinic coverage on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, including clinic call as needed
• 
  
• Average patient volume of 15-20 outpatient clinic patients per day
• 
  
• 100% adult outpatient practice setting
• 
  
• Oncology and Hematology outpatient clinic with NP assistance and support staff including Oncology RNs, Medical Assistants, Social Worker, Dietitian, and Nurse Navigator
• 
  
• Onsite services include an infusion center and onsite CBCs
• 
  
• Responsibilities include hematology and oncology outpatient care as well as participation in tumor board
• 
  
• EMR system is Cerner; familiarity with Cerner preferred
• 
  
• Board Certification in Medical Oncology and Hematology required
• 
  
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Hematology/Oncology required
• 
  
• Active Michigan license required
• 
  
• BLS/ACLS certification required
