Job Details:

• Provide ongoing oncology coverage through 2027
• 
  
• Clinic hours Monday through Thursday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM
• 
  
• Friday clinic hours 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
• 
  
• No call required
• 
  
• Primary responsibility is clinic coverage with occasional hospital consults for admitted patients
• 
  
• Must be willing to see a high volume of patients
• 
  
• Active Arizona license or IMLC certification required
• 
  
• Board certification required with minimum certification level of Certified
• 
  
• BLS certification required
• 
  
• Fellowship training required
