    Main Line HealthCare is actively recruiting an experienced full-time Gynecologic Oncologist to join our growing practices at Lankenau Medical Center and Paoli Hospital.     Job Description:

    • Provide comprehensive gynecologic oncology care, including diagnosis, treatment, survivorship, and longitudinal management of patients with gynecologic cancers.

    • Perform advanced gynecologic oncology procedures, including minimally invasive, open, radical, and cytoreductive surgeries.

    • Manage perioperative care and contribute to surgical quality improvement and outcomes initiatives.

    • Prescribe and oversee chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapies, and other systemic treatments while monitoring treatment response and toxicity.

    • Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams, including medical and radiation oncology, pathology, radiology, genetics, palliative care, and supportive services.

    • Teach and mentor residents, medical students, advanced practice providers, and other learners in clinical, surgical, and didactic settings.

    • Participate in curriculum development, trainee evaluation, simulation education, and departmental academic activities.

    • Develop and maintain an active research program, including participation in clinical trials, scholarly presentations, and peer-reviewed publications.

    • Contribute to leadership, strategic growth, accreditation efforts, cancer program development, and relationships with referring providers and community partners.

    • Demonstrate professionalism, foster collaboration and inclusion, support quality and safety initiatives, and maintain compliance with institutional and regulatory standards.

    Qualifications:

    • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.

    • Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

    • Completion of an accredited Gynecologic Oncology Fellowship

    • Valid state medical license or eligibility for licensure in Pennsylvania.

    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience.
