Physician - Oncology Gynecology

Job Details:

• Gynecologic Oncology physician coverage needed on a flexible schedule, typically in 7-day blocks (Friday evening through Friday morning)
• 
  
• Daytime OR and office schedule with after-hours call only on weekdays (APPs take first call Monday through Friday)
• 
  
• Clinic hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch break
• 
  
• OR hours approximately 7:00 or 8:00 AM to 4:00 or 5:00 PM (8-hour day)
• 
  
• 24-hour call coverage required on weekends
• 
  
• Approximately 15-20 patients per day in the office setting, with OR cases as needed
• 
  
• Patient population is adults 18 years and older
• 
  
• Support staff includes 2 Medical Assistants and 3 APPs
• 
  
• Approximately 1 week of coverage needed per month with some exceptions
• 
  
• EMR system is EPIC
• 
  
• Academic hospital setting with residents assigned to the service on rotation
• 
  
• Ambulatory Surgery Center available on-site
• 
  
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Gynecologic Oncology required
• 
  
• Active Pennsylvania license or IMLC Letter of Qualification required
• 
  
• DEA registration required
