About the Role Project New Generation is seeking a licensed Physician (M.D. or D.O.) to serve in an advisory Medical Director capacity. This is a consultative role — not a direct patient care position. You'll provide clinical oversight and guidance to leadership and clinical staff across our group home, home health, and pharmacy operations, supporting quality and regulatory compliance. No fixed daily schedule required — this role is as-needed and advisory.

What You'll Do

  • Provide clinical consultation and advisory guidance to the CEO/Owner, COO, Director of Nursing, and Pharmacist in Charge
  • Review and give input on clinical policies, protocols, and quality assurance/CQI programs across service lines (group home, home health, HCBS-authorized services, and pharmacy)
  • Serve as a resource for clinical questions related to client care plans, medication management, and treatment appropriateness
  • Provide periodic review and sign-off on select clinical policies as required by state licensing/regulatory bodies (AHCCCS, DDD, Board of Pharmacy)
  • Advise on staffing qualifications, training standards, and scope-of-practice questions for clinical staff
  • Participate in periodic leadership meetings on clinical quality, incident reviews, and compliance
  • Maintain awareness of applicable state and federal healthcare regulations relevant to our licensed service lines
What We're Looking For

  • M.D. or D.O. from an accredited institution
  • Active, unrestricted medical license in Arizona
  • Board certification (or eligibility) in a relevant specialty preferred
  • Prior experience in an advisory, medical director, or oversight role preferred (LTC pharmacy, home health, HCBS, or group home settings a plus)
  • Familiarity with AHCCCS and/or DDD program requirements is a plus, not required
  • Strong communication skills and comfort advising non-clinical leadership on clinical matters
  • Must pass a background check
