Physician - Gastroenterology

Job Details:

• Gastroenterology clinic and call coverage position with 2-3 weeks of coverage needed per month; multiple providers will be considered
• 
  
• Endoscopy center procedures range from 12-20 procedures per day depending on physician timeliness
• 
  
• Clinic templates include 40-minute new patient appointments and 20-minute established patient appointments with a usual minimum of 10-12 patients per day
• 
  
• All general and advanced GI procedures required; Endoscopy is a must, as well as ERCP and EUS
• 
  
• Practice setting is a hospital-based environment within a Level IV trauma center
• 
  
• Hospital bed size: 189 beds
• 
  
• EMR system: Cerner
• 
  
• Board Certification required
• 
  
• Active state license required; IMLC candidates will be considered
• 
  
• DEA required
• 
  
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
