Physician - Internal Medicine - Gastroenterology

Job Details:

• Perform gastroenterology procedures and clinic duties Monday through Friday
• 
  
• Procedure hours: 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM
• 
  
• Clinic hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• 
  
• See approximately 12 patient encounters per shift
• 
  
• Must be board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine - Gastroenterology
• 
  
• Fellowship training in gastroenterology required
• 
  
• Upper GI endoscopy with biopsy, foreign body removal, and fulguration of bleeder required
• 
  
• Esophageal manometry interpretation required
• 
  
• Small bowel biopsy procedures required
• 
  
• Lower GI endoscopy including sigmoidoscopy and colonoscopy required
• 
  
• Flexible sigmoidoscopy experience required
• 
  
• Colonoscopy with biopsy and polyp excision required
• 
  
• Work across multiple comprehensive medical center locations in the region
