Responsibilities/Job Description:
Fairview is seeking a Family Medicine with OB physician to join our primary care practice at M Health Fairview Clinics – Elk River located in Elk River, Minnesota. This clinic is a conveniently located community clinic on Main Street in downtown Elk River that offers comprehensive care for your entire family, through all stages of life.
Practice Details:
- 15 provider primary care practice which includes 10 Physicians and 5 Advanced Practice Providers.
- Patient encounters average 15-18 patients per day.
- Opening: 1.0 FTE - 34 patient contact hours per week for full time - flexible schedule.
- Call Frequency: 3 weeks per year.
- As part of Fairview’s Accountable Care Organization (ACO), providers practice in a collaborative, team-based model focused on quality outcomes, care coordination, and population health management.
- Employer-paid Nabla AI clinical documentation support to reduce administrative burden and streamline charting.
- Fully integrated EPIC electronic medical record

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency program
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (ABMS or AOA)
- Licensed or ability to obtain licensure through the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice
- Ability to obtain and maintain DEA certification
- Meet credentialing and privileging requirements
