Office Hours:
Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm
Location: 6050 Northland Dr Ste 200, Rockford, MI 49341
Specialty:
Family Medicine Physician, outpatient
Team Size:
8 Family Medicine physicians, 2 Pediatricians, 1 Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner, and 1 Pediatrics Nurse Practitioner
Clinical Care Team Size: 2 providers and 3 MAs/LPNs
Teaching Opportunities:
Yes - Residents, Medical Students, Fellows
Call Requirements:
Phone call coverage 1 week every 2 months, 5pm to 12am weekday, 7am to 7pm weekend

Requirements
Open to new graduates
Board certified in their respective clinical specialty or must achieve board certification within the timeframe defined by the applicable specialty board.
Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
DEA license
Duties & Responsibilities
A typical day may include:
Providing direct patient care
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
Participating in teaching and mentoring
Documenting in Epic EMR
Engaging in quality improvement initiatives
Supporting community health efforts
