Family Medicine physician
to join our team at our Rivertown Primary Care office in Grandville, MI. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health of our community while working in a supportive, mission-driven environment.
Trinity Health Medical Group, Primary Care - Rivertown offers primary care services to patients of all ages
Physician will manage their own patient panel providing primary care services including diagnosis, treatment and preventative care to all age groups
Physicians who enjoy providing prenatal care are encouraged to apply but not required for the role
Facility also offers Podiatry, Urgent Care, Physical Therapy, Lab and X-ray
Practice currently has 3 physicians and 5 APPs
34 hours of direct patient care and 6 hours of dedicated administrative time, spread across 4 to 4.5 days per week in the office. Leaders are willing to offer flexibility to create a balanced schedule for everyone
Shared Unrestricted call coverage with other family medicine physicians in the medical group, ensuring excellent work-life balance

Requirements
Open to experience and new graduates
Physicians
shall be board certified in their respective clinical specialty or must achieve board certification within the timeframe defined by the applicable specialty board.
Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
DEA license
BLS certification (must be maintained)/ ACLS/BLS certification (must be maintained)
Duties & Responsibilities
A typical day may include:
Providing direct patient care
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
Participating in teaching and mentoring
Documenting in Epic EMR
Engaging in quality improvement initiatives
Supporting community health efforts
