Pay & Benefits:- Competitive hourly rate: $145/hour (W-2 included); weekends at $155/hour; holiday and on-call rates apply

What You’ll Do:- Provide direct patient care and psychiatric assessments for adults with dual diagnoses in a residential setting
- Respond to emergency calls and manage restraints as needed
- Conduct face-to-face evaluations and treatment planning
- Document all visits accurately and in compliance with agency policies
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in long-term care environments
- Participate in team meetings, rounds, and ongoing training
- Abide by HHSC and facility policies and procedures
What You Need:- MD license active and unrestricted in Texas
- Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- DEA certification in good standing
- Current CPR certification (American Heart Association)
- Willingness to complete required HHSC and facility training
- Experience in long-term adult care and mental health assessments preferred
