    Opportunity Details

    • Position Type: Full-time (1.0 FTE)
    • Schedule: Enjoy 36 hours of direct patient care and 4 hours of non-direct patient care/administrative time per week, spread over 4 to 4.5 days per week.
    • Location:1120 W Main St, Lowell, MI 
    • Specialty: Family Medicine
    • Team Size: The practice will be staffed with four providerstwo physicians and two APPsworking together in a highly supportive environment.
    • Teaching Opportunities: Engage in teaching Residents, Medical Students, and Fellows, if interested.
    • Call Requirements: Participate in shared unrestricted call with family medicine physicians across the medical group, ensuring a manageable call burden.

      • Brand-new Primary Care office for the organization with an early Summer 2027 targeted grand opening!
      • Full-spectrum primary care: Manage your own patient panel, providing diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care across all age groups.

    Requirements

    • Experience preferred
    • Board certified in their respective clinical specialty or must achieve board certification within the timeframe defined by the applicable specialty board.
    • Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
    • DEA license

    Duties & Responsibilities

    A typical day may include:

    • Providing direct patient care
    • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
    • Participating in teaching and mentoring
    • Documenting in Epic EMR
    • Engaging in quality improvement initiatives
    • Supporting community health efforts
