Opportunity Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities
  • Lacks Employee Health Facility operated by Trinity Health for patients and their families enrolled in the Lacks Medical Plan
  • 1 convenient location in close proximity to several work sites for their patients:
    • Lacks Employee Health Facility
  • Provider will spend 100% of their time at Lacks Employee Health Facility in Kentwood
  • Clinic offers full service primary care, well visits and chronic disease with low-cost acute care visits as well as occupational health
  • On-site medications for patients and lab draws
  • Clinical team includes 2 physicians and 5 support staff (mix of MAs & BOC)
  • Clinic is open 7a-5p Monday - Friday, no weekends or holidays
  • No on call

Requirements

  • Experience required
  • Physicians shall be board certified in their respective clinical specialty or must achieve board certification within the timeframe defined by the applicable specialty board.
  • Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
  • DEA license
  • BLS certification (must be maintained)/ACLS/BLS certification (must be maintained)

Duties & Responsibilities

A typical day may include:

  • Providing direct patient care
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
  • Participating in teaching and mentoring
  • Documenting in Epic EMR
  • Engaging in quality improvement initiatives
  • Supporting community health efforts
