About the Position

• Outpatient family medicine practice
• Located in Jamestown, Indiana
• 4 or 4.5 day work week, Monday through Friday
• Shared call schedule averaging 1:12
• Opportunity created through continued community growth and patient need
• Established practice with 1 physician and 1 APP
• Opportunity to provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the community
• Teaching opportunity available with Marian University

Candidate Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Eligible for an unrestricted Indiana medical license
• Dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered primary care
• Interest in building lasting relationships with patients and the community
