    Were seeking a passionate and driven Family MedicinePhysician to join our Primary Care - Hudsonville team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health of our community while working in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

    Opportunity Details

    • Position Type: Full-time (1.0 FTE)
    • Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 5pm
    • Location:3925 32nd Ave Ste 300 Hudsonville, MI 49426
    • Specialty: Family Medicine Physician, outpatient
    • Team Size:5 providers, 3 triage nurses, 3 Front Office Staff, 9 Medical Assistants, 1 Clinical Pharmacist, 1 Care Manager
    • Teaching Opportunities: Yes - Residents, Medical Students, Fellows
    • Call Requirements: Phone Call only. 1-2 weeknights a quarter and two 12 hour weekend call shift a year.

      • OB/GYN and Rheumatology hotel in office
      • Onsite Lab, X-Ray/Ultrasound, Retail Pharmacy

    Requirements

    • Board certified in their respective clinical specialty or must achieve board certification within the timeframe defined by the applicable specialty board.
    • Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
    • DEA license

    Duties & Responsibilities

    A typical day may include:

    • Providing direct patient care
    • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
    • Participating in teaching and mentoring
    • Documenting in Epic EMR
    • Engaging in quality improvement initiatives
    • Supporting community health efforts
