Primary Care Physician Opportunity
Vivo HealthStaff Inc. is recruiting for a Primary Care Physician in Philadelphia, PA. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and robust benefits package.
Job Details:
- Start Date: February 2025
- Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (with occasional extended hours); shared call rotation (no weekends)
- Practice Setting: Traditional outpatient practice (no rounding, no nursing homes) caring for the whole family (all ages)
- Patient Volume: 15-20 patients per day
- Support Services: ACO clinical wraparound support services, in-network specialist referrals, on-site laboratory services
- Additional Practice Details:
- Outpatient prenatal care allowed
- Renovated office space with full medical and administrative support
- EPIC EMR system
- Experience Required: At least 2 years of employment experience in Primary Care (not including residency)
- Exclusions: Not accepting locum candidates, visa candidates, or those with lapsed board certifications
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary: $265,000 plus incentives
- Time Away from Work: Generous PTO with additional dedicated CEU time

Submission Requirements:
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine – Required
- PA license (or willingness to obtain) – Required
- Clean malpractice history – Required
- DEA certification (or ability to obtain) – Required
- 2+ years of employment experience in Primary Care (excluding residency) – Required
- Experience working with all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics – Required
- Availability to start by February 2025 – Required
