Job Details:

• Part-time locum coverage position at a family medicine clinic serving patients ages 16 and up
• 
  
• Coverage dates from September 21, 2026 through December 18, 2026
• 
  
• Schedule is Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM
• 
  
• No call coverage required
• 
  
• Outpatient clinic setting only
• 
  
• Patient population consists of 51% adult, 48% geriatric, and 1% pediatric patients
• 
  
• Average of 10-16 patients per day
• 
  
• Required procedures include pap smears and diabetic foot exams
• 
  
• Primary care only setting with no trauma designation
• 
  
• EMR system used is Epic
• 
  
• Board Certification in Family Medicine required
• 
  
• Active Virginia medical license required
• 
  
• ACLS and BLS certification required
• 
  
• Active DEA required
• 
  
• Travel reimbursements available including airfare, lodging, rental car, and mileage at IRS rate
