What You’ll Do
- Provide primary care services to a panel of 20–22 patients daily
- Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose, and develop treatment plans
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Document patient encounters accurately in electronic health records
- Follow up on lab results and coordinate care with specialists as needed
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and compliance protocols
What You Need
Required:- BE/BD in Family Medicine
- Active and unrestricted CA Medical License
- BLS, ACLS, DEA certification
- At least 1 year of outpatient clinical experience
Preferred:- Experience working in community health or outpatient clinics
- Strong communication and patient management skills
