What You’ll Do:
- Provide primary care services to a diverse patient population
- Manage 20-22 patient encounters per day in an outpatient setting
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnose, and develop treatment plans
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality care
- Document patient interactions accurately and efficiently
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain compliance with healthcare standards and facility policies
What You Need:
Required:- BE/BD in Family Medicine
- Active and unrestricted California Medical License
- BLS, ACLS, DEA license
- 2+ years of outpatient clinical experience preferred
Preferred:- Experience working in outpatient clinic environments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
