Physician - Pediatrics - Endocrinology

Job Details:

• Provide inpatient and outpatient pediatric endocrinology coverage one week per month on an ongoing, consistent basis
• 
  
• Standard outpatient clinic schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• 
  
• 24-hour beeper call coverage with minimal weekend rounding during call coverage
• 
  
• See 8-10 patients per day with 1 hour allotted for new patient and diabetic appointments and 30 minutes for follow-up appointments
• 
  
• 7-14 shifts required per assignment with 8 guaranteed hours per day
• 
  
• Board certification required; fellowship training required
• 
  
• Active state license or IMLC required along with active DEA
• 
  
• References must be included with presentation prior to submission

This facility is a dedicated pediatric hospital providing specialized medical care exclusively to children and adolescents. The facility offers a comprehensive range of pediatric services including inpatient and outpatient care, supported by a multidisciplinary team of pediatric specialists. As a Level 2 pediatric trauma center, the facility is equipped to handle complex and high-acuity pediatric cases while maintaining a child-centered approach to care.
