- Focused, high-quality practice: Manage an average of just ~17 patients per night, allowing you to deliver thoughtful, thorough care without overwhelming volume.
- Streamlined nocturnist schedule: Dedicated 8p–6a shifts, with solo physician coverage from 1a–6a—ideal for physicians who value autonomy and clinical independence. 10-11 ten-hour shifts per month (1,272 hours worked).
- Robust clinical scope: Maintain and expand your procedural skills with regular opportunities for intubations, central lines, lumbar punctures, and chest tube placements.
- Advanced capabilities: Work within a Level III Trauma Center supported by a fully integrated TeleStroke program with annual certification, ensuring cutting-edge stroke care at your fingertips.
- Comprehensive specialty backup: Collaborate with 30+ specialties, giving you the confidence and support to manage complex cases effectively.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Avg. compensation $513,000
- Additional pay for extra coverage
