• Provide emergency medicine physician coverage at a main hospital emergency department and an affiliated freestanding emergency room location
• 
  
• Level II Trauma Center with approximately 61,000 annual patient visits in the main ED and 16,000 in the Pediatric ED
• 
  
• 42-bed emergency department including 5 fast track beds and 5 monitored beds
• 
  
• 3 trauma bays including 1 dedicated pediatric trauma bay
• 
  
• 70 total hours of physician coverage across main ED and Pediatric ED
• 
  
• 60 hours of APP coverage available
• 
  
• 26% admit rate
• 
  
• EMR systems include Meditech, Pdoc, and Dragon Dictation
• 
  
• Comprehensive Stroke facility with bi-plane capabilities
• 
  
• Interventional cardiac catheterization facility on site
• 
  
• Code ICE facility with therapeutic hypothermia capability
• 
  
• Multiple dedicated ED GlideScopes and ultrasound machines available
• 
  
• 24-hour in-house Hospitalist and Intensivist coverage
• 
  
• No floor code or consult responsibilities

• ABEM board certification required
