    Job Details:

    • Coverage dates: August 3 7, August 10 14, August 17 21, and December 28 31

    • Shifts run 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a one-hour lunch break

    • Practice settings include hospital and in-office clinic

    • Cath Lab responsibilities include 3 4 hospital consults per day plus 4 6 EP cases per day depending on case length

    • Clinic volume of 20 22 patients per day; adult patient population

    • Specialization in cardiac electrophysiology with a focus on heart rhythm disturbances and ablations

    • Must demonstrate 100 EP cases in the last 2 years in case logs with emphasis on ablations, including left-sided ablations

    • Must be comfortable performing moderate sedation independently

    • Must be comfortable using the Abbott Ensite-X Mapping system and performing TEEs

    • EMR system: Cerner

    • Board Certification or Board Eligibility required

    • Active Arizona license required; willingness to obtain licensure accepted

    • DEA registration in Arizona required

    • ACLS certification required

    • Minimum of 1 year of experience required

    This facility is a full-service medical center serving northern Arizona with 268 beds, offering a broad range of inpatient and outpatient services. The facility features a Cath Lab and electrophysiology program that supports complex cardiac procedures, including ablations and EP studies. The organization is committed to delivering high-quality cardiovascular care to its adult patient population in a well-equipped, collaborative clinical environment.
