Physician ED - PER DIEM

This role works closely with medical staff and hospital teams to deliver efficient, high-quality patient care services. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate and complete medical records, ensuring compliance with all federal and state regulations (including EMTALA), and supporting adherence to core measures and quality standards.

The position requires active participation in quality initiatives, accurate documentation and coding to reflect the level of care provided, and a focus on improving patient satisfaction. Strong collaboration, attention to detail, and a commitment to regulatory and quality standards are essential.

Additional duties may be assigned as needed to support patient care and departmental operations.

We appreciate a 2 shift per month commitment for per diem roles.
