Position Summary:
The Staff Physician is responsible for delivering comprehensive healthcare services to patients across a broad spectrum of general practice and emergency care. The Staff Physician actively participates in quality improvement initiatives, administrative meetings, and professional development opportunities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Clinical Care:
- Perform duties as a staff physician, providing comprehensive, patient-centered care.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions across all age groups.
- Provide appropriate therapeutic interventions based on clinical judgment.
- Conduct and oversee minor procedures as necessary. - Administrative Responsibilities:
- Participate in medical staff and administrative meetings.
- Assist in the development and review of clinical policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and comprehensive electronic medical records. - Professional Development:
