Physician - Critical Care Medicine

Job Details:

• Provide critical care medicine coverage with day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and night call from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 
  
• Average daily patient census of 13 to 18 patients
• 
  
• APP support staff available in-house 24/7
• 
  
• Perform common critical care procedures including airway management, central lines, arterial lines, dialysis catheter placement, paracentesis, thoracentesis, bronchoscopy, and chest tube insertion at a minimum
• 
  
• Must hold an active Tennessee medical license and active DEA registration (or one that is easily transferable) and CSR
• 
  
• Must have active BLS and ACLS certifications
• 
  
• Must be Board Certified in Critical Care Medicine
• 
  
• Provider must have a clean file to allow facility to request emergent or temporary privileges

This facility is a critical care unit within a well-established medical center offering comprehensive inpatient services. The intensive care unit is supported by advanced clinical resources and a multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care. The facility provides a collaborative environment with APP support available around the clock to assist critical care physicians.
