    Opportunity:

    Physician - Critical Care Medicine

    Job Details:

    • Hours are 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM in-house with call coverage from 5:00 PM to 7:00 AM

    • Coverage needed for 8-12 shifts per month

    • Daily patient volume of 8-14 Medical ICU patients

    • Provider will serve as sole coverage for the MICU with support from MICU nurses, respiratory therapists, and other service lines

    • Must hold an active Kentucky license and active DEA registration

    • Must be Board Certified in Critical Care Medicine with active ACLS certification

    • Must be able to perform common critical care procedures including airway management, central lines, arterial lines, dialysis catheter placement, paracentesis, thoracentesis, bronchoscopy, and chest tube insertion at a minimum
