Gillette Children's is seeking a part-time (0.5 FTE) Physician Compensation Program Specialist to join our team!
Purpose of Position:
The Physician Compensation Program Specialist is the primary physician-facing partner for Gillette’s compensation program. Gillette believes that the physician compensation program should be collaborative, inclusive, and transparent. The Program Specialist embodies these values by working closely with physicians, human resources, the physician compensation data analyst, revenue cycle teams, the Physician Compensation Advisory Committee, and administrative and operational leadership to support physician engagement and program understanding. This position plays a critical role in aligning physician incentives with organizational goals, enhancing transparency, and fostering a culture of accountability and trust.
Through individualized physician coaching, cross-functional collaboration, and targeted training, the Program Specialist ensures physicians are equipped to engage with the compensation model’s performance expectations. This role partners closely with the physician compensation data analyst, which owns the back-end wRVU calculations and reporting, as well as the revenue cycle team, so the Specialist can focus on meaningful, relationship-centered conversations that support clinical excellence, transparency, and physician engagement.
