Key Responsibilities: Analyze physician performance metrics and compensation data Evaluate physician bonus eligibility using complex business criteria Build and maintain advanced Excel models using formulas, Pivot Tables, lookups, and data validation Analyze large datasets and identify trends, risks, and opportunities Develop executive PowerPoint presentations summarizing findings and recommendations Partner directly with physician leaders to gather business requirements and answer compensation-related questions Facilitate meetings with physician committees and leadership teams Support annual physician performance summary and compensation review processes Recommend improvements to compensation methodologies and business processes Collaborate with HR, Finance, Benefits, Compensation, and executive leadership Ensure data integrity, consistency, and confidentiality across compensation programs Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Bachelor's Degree 5+ years of experience in Compensation, Analytics, HR Consulting, Business Consulting, Finance, or Healthcare Analytics Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Pivot Tables Complex formulas VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP INDEX/MATCH Data analysis Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience working with large datasets Ability to communicate complex findings clearly Excellent PowerPoint presentation skills Strong meeting facilitation and stakeholder management skills Ability to influence leaders without direct authority Excellent verbal and written communication skills Healthcare industry experience Physician or Provider Compensation experience Experience supporting Medical Groups or Physician Organizations Compensation Consulting HR Consulting Total Rewards Healthcare Finance PeopleSoft MBA or Master's Degree Our client is a leading Pharmaceutical Industry and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
