Physician - Cardiology

Job Details:

• General Cardiology position covering clinic, procedures, and call on an ongoing basis
• 
  
• Clinic hours from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM with night call shifts from 5:00 PM to 7:00 AM and 24-hour call shifts available
• 
  
• Schedule involves daily coverage with 1-2 nights of call per week and 1:4/5 weekend call rotation
• 
  
• See approximately 17-18 patients per day, adult population
• 
  
• Work in both clinic and hospital settings
• 
  
• APP support available with Interventional if covering General Cardiology
• 
  
• Clinic has 1 full-time physician with in-lab coverage 3 days per week
• 
  
• EMR system is EPIC
• 
  
• Special procedures include nuclear reads, stress tests, TEEs, cardioversions, and echo monitors
• 
  
• CT reads skill preferred but not required
• 
  
• Must be board certified or board eligible in Cardiology
• 
  
• Must be nuclear boarded and echo boarded; CT boarded is a plus
• 
  
• Active PA license or IMLC accepted
• 
  
• DEA required
• 
  
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
