Job Details:

• General Cardiologist needed for inpatient hospitalist coverage
• 
  
• 2 locum providers needed to offset each other on a 7 days on / 7 days off schedule
• 
  
• Day shifts only
• 
  
• Approximately 20+ calls while on call
• 
  
• 30-40 patient encounters per shift
• 
  
• Board certification required (minimum certified)
• 
  
• ACLS certification required
• 
  
• Fellowship required
• 
  
• Trauma Level 3 facility
• 
  
• Specialty skills include: Outpatient and Inpatient Cardiology, ICU, Non-invasive Cardiology, Echocardiography, TEE, Nuclear Cardiology, STEMI, Invasive Cardiology (diagnostic), PA catheter placement, IABP placement, Cardiac catheterization, Heart biopsy, Interventional Cardiology (Angioplasty/PTCA, Intracoronary stent placement, Atherectomy), Electrophysiology, Cardiac ablation, Permanent pacemaker placement, and ICD/AICD implantation
