Physician - Cardiology

Job Details:

• Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with 1 hour unpaid lunch; overtime available after scheduled shift
• 
  
• Provide general cardiology coverage for a Cardiovascular Institute seeing 18-24 patients per day
• 
  
• Patient population is primarily age 60 and older
• 
  
• Will perform catheterization procedures for own patients
• 
  
• Support staff includes MAs, PCTs, Nurses, and PA support for in-house coverage
• 
  
• EMR system is Cerner
• 
  
• Ongoing coverage needed
• 
  
• Practice setting is hospital/clinic based
• 
  
• Board Certification in Cardiology required
• 
  
• Active Arizona license or IMLC Letter of Qualification required
• 
  
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• 
  
• Minimum of 2 years of experience required
• 
  
• Strong interpersonal and relational skills with staff and patients preferred
