Physician Assistant Transplant Surgery

St. Joseph Hospital Orange has an opportunity for a full-time physician assistant at its renowned Multi-Organ Transplant Center in Orange, California.

There is plenty of room to work independently in this role, but there are also opportunities to collaborate closely with this well-established team of physicians, surgeons, and specialty RN transplant coordinators. Position Details:

• Full-time position
• Inpatient and outpatient care; occasional weekend coverage required based on inpatient census
• No after-hours call
• High amount of autonomy
• End-stage patient population
• On-site labs and diagnostics
• Availability for sub-specialists for consults

Compensation & Benefits:

• Compensation is between $175,442 and $229,218 per year

The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience is required
• Experience in renal, transplant patient experience, and surgery assist
