Family Nurse Practitioner-General Purpose

This role provides comprehensive family medicine primary care, including general and preventive medical services, to patients of all ages in a collaborative, team-based clinical environment.

Job Qualifications

• Masters degree in Nursing.
• Certification by the American Nurses' Association as a Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner.
• Current Colorado medical license required.
• Minimum Three (3) years in a family practice setting preferred.
• ACLS Certification preferred; BLS required.

Physician Assistant- General Purpose

To provide family medicine primary care including general and preventive medical care.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Appropriate certification.
• Current Colorado license required.
• Minimum Three (3) years in a family practice setting preferred.
• ACLS Certification preferred; BLS required

Salary: $115,000 to $128,600; DOQ

Sign-On Bonus: up to $10,000
