We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing outpatient adult primary care and obesity medicine clinic in Live Oak, Texas 78233.

Position Highlights:
- Deliver comprehensive adult primary care including acute and chronic disease management, preventive care, wellness visits, and comprehensive physicals
- Develop individualized treatment plans for patients with obesity and related health conditions in collaboration with a physician board-certified in Internal Medicine and Obesity Medicine
- Educate and counsel patients on weight management, nutrition, lifestyle modifications, and medication-based treatment
- Order and interpret laboratory testing, imaging, and other diagnostic studies
- Optimized workflow including Ambient AI Scribe
- Strong support from a highly tenured clinical and administrative team
- $125,000 base salary plus comprehensive benefits including medical, dental and vision coverage, PTO + paid holidays, 401(k) with employer contribution, malpractice coverage, and more
Qualifications:
- Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
- Active Texas license and DEA (or eligibility to obtain)
- Primary care experience preferred but not required
