Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing team full-time. The PA will work under the supervision of our physicians and collaboratively with our care team to provide diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventive healthcare services to our diverse patient population.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive physical exams and patient assessments
Diagnose and treat acute, chronic, and preventive conditions
Prescribe medications and develop patient care plans
Provide patient education and counseling on health maintenance
Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and specialists to coordinate care
Document patient encounters and maintain accurate medical records in our EHR
Participate in quality improvement and care coordination efforts
Support behavioral health and chronic care management programs as needed
Qualifications:
Current and unrestricted Physician Assistant license in Arizona, or eligible for licensure in Arizona.
Graduate of an accredited PA program
NCCPA certification
Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred (but new graduates welcome to apply)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with EHR systems (eClinicals experience is a plus)
BLS/ACLS certification (preferred)
