    Physician Assistant – Structured Medical Evaluations | Full-Time, No Treatment Required

    About the Opportunity:Ready for a different kind of PA practice? Join The IMA Group in Philadelphia, PA, performing structured, evaluation-based exams that support disability determinations. This role is entirely assessment-focused — there's no diagnosing, prescribing, or ongoing patient follow-up to manage.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform targeted physical examinations and review patient medical histories
    • Record objective clinical findings through a streamlined digital reporting system
    • Prepare accurate, well-documented reports to support disability case reviews

    This Role Does NOT Include:

    • Creating or managing treatment plans
    • Prescribing medications
    • Long-term patient management or follow-up visits
    • On-call duties of any kind

    What Makes This Position Different:This is a full-time opportunity, Monday through Friday, offering dependable hours and a steady, manageable caseload. A dedicated support staff handles much of the administrative load, so you can stay focused on the exams themselves. Compensation includes a competitive base plus productivity-based incentives, along with a full benefits package: medical coverage, 401(k), paid time off, and student loan repayment assistance.

    Ideal Candidate:

    • Active Physician Assistant license in Pennsylvania
    • Solid clinical assessment and documentation abilities
    • Prior experience in family medicine, internal medicine, emergency medicine, orthopedics, PM&R, or a similar specialty is a plus
