We’re hiring a Physician Assistant (PA) who wants work-life balance, meaningful patient relationships, and long-term stability in primary care.

You’ll step into an outpatient role focused on providing comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, including preventive care, acute visits, and chronic disease management. You’ll work alongside a collaborative care team with strong clinical and administrative support.

• You hold a clear and active Pennsylvania Physician Assistant license
• You have at least 2 years of Physician Assistant experience
• You have experience in family practice
• You’re comfortable providing care to patients of all ages

• You value collaborative, team-based care
• You maintain an active DEA registration and current BLS certification

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $125,000–$140,000
• Medical insurance with approximately 85% employer-paid coverage
• Dental & vision insurance with approximately 85% employer-paid coverage
• 23 days of PTO
• 9.5 paid holidays
• CME allowance of $3,500 plus paid CME time
• 403(b) with 2% employer match
